"TODO científico que crea una NUEVA CIENCIA, o abre un NUEVO CAMPO en ciencia, es Científico Autodidacta en ese desarrollo, y por extensión, todos los científicos lo somos. El Título Universitario no rotula al científico de tal, sino a los conocimientos que por el se han adquirido”. Es decir:
• “NO EXISTE NI UNA SOLA CIENCIA, SINO EXISTE ANTES, UN AUTODIDACTA QUE LAS CREE”.
• “EL INDIVIDUO QUE LOGRASE POSEER UN TÍTULO UNIVERSITARIO, LOGRARÁ UN MERITO SUBJETIVO, SI ES QUE EN SU ESTUDIO NO DESARROLLASE NINGÚN DESCUBRIMIENTO CIENTÍFICO QUE AMPLÍE EL PROCESO EVOLUTIVO DE LA CIENCIA”.
• “SÍ DESDE LOS SISTEMAS BUROCRÁTICOS SE MARGINASE A LOS CIENTÍFICOS AUTODIDACTAS, SE MARGINA DE ESTA FORMA A LA INTELIGENCIA SUPERIOR, QUE ES A SU VEZ LA QUE LE DIO ORIGEN AL VALOR HEURÍSTICO DE LAS CIENCIAS MISMAS”.

The Fundamental Principle of Scientific Philosophy:
“All scientific, that creates on NEW SCIENCE or opens a NEW AREA in science, is an autodidact scientific in this development, and by extension, we are all self-taught scientists. The University title, not “labeled” at the scientific as such, but to the know that by the same he has acquired”. That is to say:
• “THERE NOT NOR AN ONLY SCIENCE, IF NO EXIST BEFORE, ONE AUTODIDACT SCIENTIFIC THAT THE CREATES”.
